à jimandjules : I would like to go to a 00 gauge but my penis is so small that there isn't enough skin between the piercing and my urethra and I afraid it would turn into a bisection. I wear a 0 gauge ring whenever I'm not wearing a cage. The penis stretches easily and I was able to get to a O gauge after a year.

I pierced mine in 1998 and it's stretched to a 0 gauge. My penis is so small I can't go much larger.
